Co-Founder
Jeff is a co-founder of Real Solutions. He has previously led the deployment of $400M annually in commercial development projects and has a decade of experience managing an 800+ unit homeowners association. Jeff holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Tina Martinson
Business Development
Tina comes from the realm of private and commercial aviation. She's a licensed pilot, former flight instructor, amateur chef, and even more amateur pickleball player.
